Marc is a film editor who tends to work long and irregular hours, whilst Jon just came back from some time abroad and is now starting a new venture. Their hobbies include music, travelling, and cinema, and they also enjoy socialising, for instance by discussing the state of the world over a bottle of wine, playing cards, or just spending an evening watching Netflix. At the same time, they are considerate and respect each other’s personal space. They are now looking for a new housemate with a similarly balanced approach to house sharing.
Marc and Jon’s home features a beautiful balcony, which can be accessed from the living room, as well as a homely, fully equipped dine-in kitchen. The structure of the house – the thick walls combined with the layout over three floors – make each room very quiet and private.
The available double bedroom is bright, with a brand new, comfortable bed, and benefits from a lot of natural light thanks to its wide West facing bay windows. A large wardrobe offers ample storage space.
The room is available from late January for £900 pcm including all bills (which also covers a weekly cleaner, wifi and Virgin TV).
